The International Full Time MBA program is a fast-track 12 month program starting in September each year and is offered in Official Partnership with International and National Companies offering project work, company sponsorships and placement opportunities. The program is redesigned by and for companies to prepare the 'manager of the future' who is capable of solving cross-functional, multidimensional and complex problems that the corporate world of today faces. The program provides practical training through boot camps on latest management topics like entrepreneurship, smart manufacturing, big data & business analytics, 'Made in Italy', sustainability & ethics and more.
The International Part Time MBA is a 20-month program that begins in October each year. Completely taught in English, the program seeks to provide an option for international students looking to combine a formal MBA education, alongside work responsibilities. The format allows students to apply directly the knowledge and skills learnt into the working environment. The program is delivered from Friday to Saturday - one weekend a month, in addition to an International Week in another prestigious European Busineess school and two other full weeks at MIP, one of them dedicated to a full week for the management boot camp.
The Distance Learning MBA (called ‘International Flex EMBA’ or, in short, ‘i-Flex’), is a 18-month Executive MBA program aimed at managers who want to combine international study with work commitments and are looking for a highly flexible program. Thanks to an innovative digital learning platform developed with MICROSOFT technology, students can connect from wherever. It is in partnership with WOBI, the World of Business Ideas, therefore students can learn directly from the top thinkers & doers of this global business content hub.
International Exchange Program: MIP has exchange agreements with internationally recognised partner business schools in countries such as China, India, UK, France, Spain, Russia, Mexico and Australia and exchanges range from 1 week to 2 months. MIP also offers students the opportunity to enroll in a dual degree program with MIT, Boston and its Center for Transportation and Logistics, or leave for a one-week study tour in the Silicon Valley.
MIP's Career Service and Personal Development. Students in the Full-time MBA have the opportunity to work alongside key stakeholders in important organizations, challenging themselves in real-life business situations and in-company consulting projects. The small class size of the MBA allows personalised attention. In particular, the Career Development Office offers a unique service working with individual candidates and MBA Partner Companies in order to understand the requirements of each and find the most suitable match for in-company project work and placement. Personal Development activities help students of all our MBA programs to improve their soft skills, such as interpersonal and leadership skills, cultural sensitivity, effective communication, public speaking and negotiation skills and, above all, to help students to reflect on their own personal attitudes and cultural values which influence their behaviour and relationships.
