The10-month (full-time)or21-month(part-time) Master of Science in Leadership program fills in the gaps you may not know you had. By providing atrue general leadership experienceacross multiple disciplines within the organization. Graduates will have the expertise and confidence to tackle abroad array of business challengesas a leader and truly stand out. This program isdesigned for busy professionalswho are juggling multiple demands - classes are offeredon weeknights and Saturdays.

This programbuilds leaderswho aspire to growinto executive-level management. Students participate in theMiami Leadership Challenge- an action-based corporate crisis simulation that prepares them to lead in high-pressure, high-stakes situations by immersing them in a simulated business and media crisis.

The program culminates with anindividual capstone projectmanaged by the Department Chair -one-on-one executive coaching. As a lock step delivered program, students remain together for the duration of the program strengthening their professional network.
